As soon as your order is placed and paid for you will receive a confirmation email. Then you will receive a follow up email containing a tracking code for your shipment. Every order is shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 3PM AEDT.

We ship all orders out on the same day if the order is placed before 3PM AEDT.

Standard shipping will take 2 – 5 business days to arrive at your home.

You can purchase express shipping which will arrive at your home in 1 – 2 Business days.

For international orders anticipate 10-14 Business days for delivery. 

We accept returns of products in their original condition, with original packaging and product tags attached. All returns will need to be sent back to our return address where we will rectify any issues, please read our return policy for any further information.
