Refund policy
RETURNS
We accept returns of products in their original condition, with original packaging and product tags attached.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged, any other mean of return will be issued a store credit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Pre-sale items cannot be refunded, and sales items cannot be refunded or returned.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Regarding all the above policies, customers MUST email info@outaplace.com.au prior to sending any orders back to us. If you have any questions at all, please contact the same email (info@outaplace.com.au) and we will get back to you asap.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

STORE CREDIT
We issue store credit as a digital gift card to be used at our online store. You can apply your gift card to orders placed on our store until the remaining balance is zero. Your credit will be available to use once your return is delivered and processed.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING AN ORDER
Once payments have been received and the order is processed in our system it cannot be cancelled. For the amendment of any order details please contact us via info@outaplace.com.au

We at OUTAPLACE know how important privacy is, we will protect your privacy by ensuring all data, information and personal details are stored and protected through our web hosting platform 'Shopify'.
